What is the V-BRYGE Conference?

The V-BRYGE (Vanguard-Better Relations Youth Global Exchange) Conference is co-organized by Vanguard Think Tank (VTT) and US-China Better Relations Coalition (UCBRC). The main focus of our conference is “China Through the Looking Glass”.

V-BRYGE provides an innovative and engaging conference model to connect students in engaging in critical issues. We facilitate group-based research projects with guided workshops and lectures by esteemed scholars, industry experts, and policy analysts. Taking advantage of our increasingly interconnected online world, V-BRYGE promotes an interdisciplinary and intergenerational dialogue featuring participants from diverse backgrounds and geographical locations to produce meaningful intellectual exchange.

Dialogue and collaboration across borders and boundaries are essential at this critical juncture of human history. Under the backdrop of a global pandemic and rapid transformations in technology and global structures, new challenges require dedicated and cooperative efforts to promote mutual understanding and find innovative solutions for the future. In response to recent trends in the international arena, V-BRYGE expands upon three themes: finance and technology, cultural exchange, and evolving social demographics.
